The World Revolves Around Me, or so it Seems πŸ˜‰

I went to go and try my medium format camera today so I went to the first place I could think of (where I always go because I get the best results and it’s super convenient): the Great Salt Lake. As I get there I see two young guys with cameras going down to the beach and I think “you’re going the wrong way, the couch is that way.” But as I approach the beach, I can see that they’re standing around this big black box, so I go to see what it is they’re looking at. I couldn’t believe it, I had to get closer to see if it was what I thought it was. I usually avoid other photographers for multiple reasons, but mainly because I feel like I’m taking their shot from them but I couldn’t help myself, this shot was meant for me. After our awkward interaction they went on their way and I was left alone to take my time with this abandoned piano and my 3 (yes 3) cameras. (35mm, 120mm, and digital)

And don’t say I don’t do anything for you…

I waded through water 1 foot deep just to get these shots, you’re welcome. πŸ˜‰
